1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MediLux concierge service, operated by SkyLux Co., Ltd. (주식회사 스카이럭스), Business Registration No. 758-86-03212, holding Foreign Patient Attraction License A-2024-01-01-5449.

By submitting a consultation request or using any MediLux service, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Nature of Our Service

MediLux is a medical concierge and coordination service. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical advice. Our role is to:

• Match you with vetted partner clinics suited to your requested treatment
• Coordinate appointments, translation, and in-clinic support
• Arrange transportation and accommodation upon request
• Provide pre- and post-procedure logistical support

All medical decisions, assessments, and procedures are the sole responsibility of the treating physician and clinic.

3. Medical Disclaimer

You are responsible for disclosing complete and accurate health information to both MediLux and your treating clinic. MediLux accepts no liability for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

4. Bookings and Payments

All service quotes are prepared individually following your free consultation. Prices are provided in USD or KRW depending on your preference.

• A deposit (typically 30-50% of the total) is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining balance is due prior to or at the commencement of services
• Payment may be accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods confirmed at the time of booking
• All prices are quoted exclusive of Korean VAT unless otherwise stated

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@mediluxkorea.com.

• More than 14 days before service start: Full refund of deposit, less any non-recoverable clinic reservation fees
• 7 to 14 days before service start: 50% of deposit refunded
• Less than 7 days before service start: Deposit is non-refundable
• Post-arrival cancellations: No refund on services already rendered or non-recoverable clinic fees

Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible at no additional charge, subject to clinic availability.

6. Clinic Relationships

MediLux partners exclusively with licensed and regulated Korean medical facilities. We conduct due diligence on all partner clinics; however, MediLux is not responsible for the clinical outcomes, standards, or conduct of any third-party medical provider.

Any dispute relating to a medical procedure must be addressed directly with the treating clinic. MediLux will assist with communication and escalation support where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediLux and SkyLux Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Medical complications, adverse outcomes, or dissatisfaction with clinical results
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property during services
• Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind

Our aggregate liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific service.

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate health and personal information at all times
• Attend all scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation
• Follow pre- and post-procedure instructions provided by your treating clinic
• Ensure you hold adequate travel and medical insurance for your visit to Korea
• Comply with all Korean laws and regulations during your stay

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the MediLux website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of SkyLux Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
