MediLux is a medical concierge service operated by SkyLux Co., Ltd. (주식회사 스카이럭스), registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 758-86-03212), holding Foreign Patient Attraction License A-2024-01-01-5449.

We act as an intermediary between international guests and vetted medical clinics in Seoul. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to arrange your medical concierge services:

• Full name, nationality, and date of birth
• Contact details (email address, phone number, WhatsApp)
• Travel dates and accommodation preferences
• Health information you voluntarily provide (treatment interest, medical history relevant to requested procedures)
• Payment records (invoice reference only — we do not store card numbers)
• Communications with our team (email, chat, contact form submissions)

We do not collect information through cookies, tracking pixels, or automated analytics tools beyond standard web server access logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To arrange clinic consultations and appointments on your behalf
• To coordinate transportation, accommodation, and translation services
• To communicate service details, updates, and post-care instructions
• To process payments and issue invoices
• To comply with Korean legal obligations including patient attraction regulations

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing and will not send promotional communications without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing Your Information

Your information is shared only as necessary to deliver the services you have requested:

• Partner clinics — only the information required for your appointment (name, treatment interest, relevant health context)
• Translation and coordination staff — name and appointment details only
• Payment processors — billing information for invoice settlement

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Health Information

Any health or medical information you share with us is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. It is used solely to match you with the most appropriate clinic and communicate relevant context to your treating physician.

By submitting a consultation request, you consent to MediLux sharing relevant health details with your chosen clinic on your behalf.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver our services and comply with Korean legal obligations. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with medical tourism regulations. You may request deletion of non-mandatory records at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of information we are not legally required to retain
• Withdraw consent to receive communications at any time
